Conclave History

A list of Conclaves held by Section E18 and it’s predecessor Section NE-2B is below:

Section E18

• Conclave 2024 was held at Camp Bullowa and hosted by Mahicantuck Lodge of the Greater Hudson Valley Council
• Conclave 2023 was held at Schiff Scout Reservation and hosted by Buckskin Lodge of Theodore Roosevelt Council
• Conclave 2022 was canceled but the officers were elected at a COC Plus event held at Alpine Scout Camp in October 2022

Section NE-2B

• Conclave 2021 was canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions within the NY Metro area but the officers were elected via a virtual COC
• Conclave 2020 was held virtually in June 2020 where the members of the section attended trainings via Zoom and elected officers at the conclusion of the one-day event
• Conclave 2019 was held at Baiting Hollow Scout Camp and hosted by Shinnecock Lodge of Suffolk County Council
• Conclave 2018 was held at Ernest Thompson Seton Scout Reservation and hosted by Achewon Netopalis Lodge of Greenwich Council and Ktemaque Lodge of Westchester Putnam Council
• Conclave 2017 was held at Camp Keowa and hosted by Kintecoying Lodge of the Greater New York Councils
• Conclave 2016 was held at Schiff Scout Reservation and hosted by Buckskin Lodge of Theodore Roosevelt Council
• Concalve 2015 was held at Baiting Hollow Scout Camp and hosted by Shinnecock Lodge of Suffolk County Council
• Conclave 2014 was held at Ernest Thompson Seton Scout Reservation and hosted by Achewon Netopalis Lodge of Greenwich Council and Ktemaque Lodge of Westchester Putnam Council
• Conclave 2013 was held at Camp Ranachqua and hosted by *Kintecoying Lodge of the Greater New York Councils
• Conclave 2012 was held at Onteora Scout Reservation and hosted by Buckskin Lodge of Theodore Roosevelt Council

*Kintecoying Lodge was formed in 2013 as the 5 lodges of Greater New York merged.

**Mahicantuck Lodge was formed with the merger of Hudson Valley Council and Westchester-Putnam Council in 2021. Natcha Nimat (HVC) was part of Section NE-2A and Ktemaque (WPC) was part of Section NE-2B. Until this merger, the section was not reorganized from 2012 until 2021.

The Conclave weekend is traditionally held in June, two weeks following Memorial Day as has been the case for over 15 years.

From 2008-2012, the five current lodges of Section E18 were not together in the same section, those lodges marked with a + are now currently aligned within Section E18 following mergers:
